For Medical Assistant Trade (10+2):
- Passed 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from any recognized board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
For Medical Assistant Trade (Pharmacy Diploma/B.Sc):
- Passed Intermediate/10+2 with PCB and English (50% min. in aggregate and English).
- Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Sc. in Pharmacy with minimum 50% aggregate and valid registration from State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India.

- Height: Minimum 152.5 cm
- Chest: Minimum 5 cm expansion
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age
- Hearing: Normal
- Visual Standards: 6/36 each eye, correctable to 6/9
